- Tools > Options > Advanced > General tab, click on "Config Editor"
- Enter or copy-paste mail.quota.mainwindow_threshold.show into the search bar.
- Double-click on the entry, change 75 to 0 (zero), hit return.
- You may need to close and reopen Thunderbird, but then it should appear permanently.
